Buyer says he received opened empty padded mailer - 43 new

I just received a message from a buyer that stated that he picked up the
padded mailer from his mailbox and the package was opened and the item was
missing. He's demanding that I make a refund or I will get negative feedback.
Of course I wouldn't pay to send them an opened empty package and risk
negative feedback just to scam them out of $15.00. So there are two - Mon, Jun

Lately I've been telling each cashier I use a half at that they are, well a
half. Forgot to today, come home and see the cashier rang the half up as a
buck. *note to self - keep on telling them it is a half over and over and over.
