...Actually here in Maine, the tobacco tax is earmarked for insurance for the
uninsured children and for anti-smoking ads in the media. It also goes to a
quit smoking program. One out of three actually goes back to the people paying
for it. It is blatantly obvious that the government cares not a whit about me.
