NEW coin album!!!! Coming Spring 2009!!! - 2 new
------------------------------------------------
...No problem, I can take any opinions. You may not see the true meaning of
Pennies from Heaven and the families that actually do collect them. No I am
not trivializing on death for commercial purposes whatsover. At the cost for
th album, with 55-60 off wholesale, and 10% to charity, leaves me with very
little. Open that heart a little and see - Sun, Mar 15 2009 4:40 am

An Owl for Anka - 2 new
-----------------------
About this coin: [link] Anka and Ian are both correct. It is an Intermediate
Style Owl minted in Athens c. 350-294 BC. This makes it about 23 centuries old.
That's old. Older that me, and that makes me feel good. It's an authentic
coin, not a counterfeit, same as with most of the coins in my little - Sun,

Germany to arrest Holocaust Denier! - 1 new
-------------------------------------------
On Mar 2, 8:03 pm, "Tell it like it is." ... It should be a crime to deny the
Holocaust which began upon Hitler taking office in Germany in 1933, and an
equal crime to deny what a few jewish organizations, like the People's Will,
did to bring Godlessness to Christian Russia in 1917. Which is why there was a

A Idea for those Holes - 3 new
------------------------------
A while ago there was a thread about what do with those holes in our coin
books for coins we have that are slabbed. Do we break them out and pop them in,
create tinny pictures to fill the hole? I had a thought that I'd like to
throw out there and see what you think. It occurred to me that you could
purchase a planchet of the same type and - Sun, Mar 15 2009 12:20 pm

Rarity of clover-holed tokens - 1 new
-------------------------------------
When I first got this, I didn't know what the scarcity of the clover shape
hole was, but I thought it might be a common pattern. But when I did a search,
I didn't find too many, so just checking here. Here is my example: [link] Do
you see many of these patterns around? - Sun, Mar 15 2009 1:36 pm

Notation question for Schǒn (German coins) - 1 new

I've been using *Deutscher Mŭnzkatakog18* (2008) by *Gerhard Schǒn* as a
resource for studying German states coins. I don't know German, but most of
the information is fairly obvious. I do have some questions, and in particular
I would like an explanation for the subscripts used in some of the currency
types - Sun, Mar 15 2009 4:56 pm

Gold for Bread in Zimbabwe - 1 new

View on [link] 1. Zimbabwe is a place where you -can- pan for enough gold to
live on. I saw this once, also, in Colorado, people panning in a river for $20
or $50 or $100 a day in gold. We can't do that here in Michigan. 2. The video

Has anyone had this happen to them? I had a stack of 13(great number, right?)

besides the obvious is that it is a 1974 bill and has no strip. Think that
would be the poblem? - Sun, Mar 15 2009 10:33 pm
